The Blaine County Housing Authority (BCHA) is committed to providing high quality, affordable housing opportunities, to rent and to buy, to the residents of Blaine County. By securing the long term availability of  affordable community homes, BCHA ensures the continuation of a healthy and balanced community.

Before you apply, be sure that you have copies of the following:
  • Tax Returns (Prior Two Years)
  • IRS W2 or 1099 Forms (Prior Two Years)
  • Pay Stubs (Last Four Most Recent Consecutive)
These items are REQUIRED for any applications for Community Housing and must be included in either online or paper applications. Incomplete applications are not added to the BCHA Database.

NEW! Apply Online (Beta)

BCHA is pleased to announce that applications for Housing, the Lift Tower Lodge, and Housing Gap Grants are now available online. While the online applications are in the Beta (testing) phase, they are generally identical in the information required in the current paper applications.

​Online applications are secure and immediately added to the BCHA database. If you have any questions about the online applications, please feel free to email us info@bcoha.org.

BCHA will begin phasing out its paper applications, we encourage all applicants to utilize the links above to apply for Community Housing.
However, you may still download and fill out the paper application at the links below.
  • You may scan and email your COMPLETED application (including all documents) to the email address below (preferred) or
  • You may mail your COMPLETED application (including all documents) to the Mailing Address below.

After Filling out an application:

An employee at BCHA will contact you to review your application.  We can even set up a time to meet to discuss your specific housing needs.  All community home applicants should review their application with BCHA staff and get a printed copy of the current recorded Community Housing Guidelines.  BCHA staff is available to answer your questions and/or meet with you.  Email us at info@bcoha.org.
