    In order to be eligible for BCHA properties, you must have or be in the process of legal residency. However, you do not need citizenship.
    The total number of individuals who live in your residence
    List the amount the could afford to pay towards your rent or mortgage each month.
    This is the total combined income for anyone living in your household
    All our rental and purchase options will require a copy of your credit score. You may obtain a credit score for free at creditkarma.com


    Thank you for taking the time to submit an inquiry.  Once a BCHA staff member has time to review your information, they will contact you at the phone number you provided above.

After Filling out an application:

An employee at BCHA will contact you to review your application.  We can even set up a time to meet to discuss your specific housing needs.  All community home applicants should review their application with BCHA staff and get a printed copy of the current recorded Community Housing Guidelines.  BCHA staff is available to answer your questions and/or meet with you.  Give us a call at 208-788-6102.
