Easily complete and submit the Annual Community Homeowner Compliance Questionnaire here. All Community Homeowner's are required to complete this form annually. This form allows BCHA to meet your needs and those of the greater community.
Complete this form to ensure your improvements will count towards home value. Permitted Capital Improvements are those certain capital improvements made to the Property for which written approval of BCHA had been obtained prior to installation of such improvements on the Property.
This form is for informational purposes and shows the estimated lifespan of Capital Improvements. These tables are taken from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors®
In accordance with the Deed Covenant, an Owner must notify BCHA of intent to sell via email ([email protected]) or written notice mailed or dropped off at Ketchum City Hall or BCHA's office in Hailey. After BCHA receive the notice, BCHA will send the Owner the Intent to Sell form including the maximum sale price calculated per our Community Housing Policy. Please review the Community Housing Policy, Section 5, to learn more about the selling process and fees.
