Community Homeowner Annual Recertification Form
The Community Homeowner Annual Recertification has moved an online version, and the BCHA Program Administrator will be sending out direct links when a homeowner is due for compliance

Capital Improvement Request form - Complete as needed

Permitted Capital Improvements are improvements made to the Property with previous written approval of BCHA. To request a capital improvement to be counted toward your home value, please complete the above form and email to [email protected]. If you have completed a potential capital improvements over the last year and you would like it to potentially be reflected in your home's value please complete the form and return with your annual recertification. Please note, if BCHA approval wasn't received prior to you completing your home improvements, they may or may not count towards your home value.

Per your deed restriction, you must maintain your home. Please download our Annual Maintenance Checklist to ensure you maintain your Community Home in the best condition. This is for your use only and do not need to submit it to BCHA.
Want to sell your BCHA home?
Please email BCHA at [email protected] or mail or drop off a written notice to Ketchum City Hall or BCHA's office in Hailey. After BCHA receive the notice, we will send the Owner the Intent to Sell form including the maximum sale price calculated per our Community Housing Policy. Please review the Community Housing Policy to learn more about the selling process and fees.
