Please complete our Common Intake Form. This is the first step in being considered for purchasing a home below the market rate through BCHA. BCHA administers over eighty (80) Community Homes throughout Blaine County including Ketchum, Elkhorn, Mid-Valley, Hailey and Bellevue.
After you complete your Common Intake Form you will be in our system and will automatically be considered for future home purchases and will be contacted via email once a home becomes available for your household size and Income Category. This email will ask if you are interested to please complete a full BCHA application. Once you complete this, if you are eligible, we will connect you with our real estate contractor to work on submitting an offer.

Interested in Buying a market Rate home and getting Cash?
Ketchum’s Ownership and Preservation Program (OPP) helps make home ownership possible for those who work and live in the community. Through the program, the city will pay cash incentives (up to 15-30% of a home’s value) to current qualified Ketchum homeowners, or those purchasing a home in Ketchum, in exchange for recording a deed restriction on their home. The restriction ensures that only qualified local owners—those living and working in Blaine County or who meet qualifying exceptions—can occupy the residence.
