Please complete our Common Intake Form. This is the first step in being considered for renting a home through BCHA.

After you complete your Common Intake Form you will be in our system and will automatically be considered for housing and will be contacted via email once a home becomes available for your household size and Income Category. This email will ask if you are interested to please complete a full BCHA application. Once you complete this, if you are eligible, you will be referred to the specific property manager to tour the home. Please note that some providers require a separate application in addition to BCHA full application.
