THE CUrrent COMMUNITY HOUSING GUIDELINES
The Community Housing Guidelines define the process of renting, purchasing and developing Community Homes and Employee Housing within Blaine County. These Guidelines assist local jurisdiction staff, the development community, community housing applicants, and the public in understanding the priorities for and processes governing Community Housing development and administration in Blaine County and its municipalities.
The Updated Community Housing Guidelines were formally adopted by the Blaine County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners at a Special Meeting held on Wednesday, June 17, 2020.
The Updated Guidelines are divided topically by section for ease of use by community homeowners, policy makers, and developers. You may download and review the sections using the links below.
