Easily complete and submit the Annual Community Homeowner Compliance Questionnaire here. All Community Homeowner's are required to complete this form annually. This form allows BCHA to meet your needs and those of the greater community.
Complete this form to ensure your improvements will count towards home value. Permitted Capital Improvements are those certain capital improvements made to the Property for which written approval of BCHA had been obtained prior to installation of such improvements on the Property.
This form is for informational purposes and shows the estimated lifespan of Capital Improvements. These tables are taken from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors®
In accordance with the Deed Covenant, an Owner must notify BCHA of Intent to Sell. Please contact BCHA to consult with staff and review the applicable deed covenant, the procedures for qualifying potential purchasers, and the fees charged by BCHA.
Once BCHA has received a Notice of Intent to Rent from the owner, BCHA will work to select an appropriate and qualified Applicant.
The Income Category Deed Covenant sets the maximum sales price and/or maximum rental rates for community housing and limits future appreciate of ownership units in order to ensure long term affordability.
The Workforce Market Deed Covenant allows Community Housing without limitations on pricing but with a defined "qualified buyer" profile. |
