BCHA administers over eighty (80) Community Homes throughout Blaine County including Ketchum, Elkhorn, Mid-Valley, Hailey and Bellevue. A few of the locations where BCHA stewards units are listed below. In order to be considered for any purchase, you will need to complete an application. Purchasers of these Community Homes must occupy the home as their primary residence and meet certain income requirements. There is a wide range of income categories to qualify for! The Blaine County Housing Authority does not act as a real estate broker in the purchase and sale of Community Homes. The Housing Authority represents neither the Owner nor the Purchaser and acts solely in the interest of the Housing Authority in furtherance of the goals expressed in the Housing Guidelines and in accordance with the Deed Covenant on the Community Home. Buyers and Sellers are encouraged to seek the advice of competent professionals to represent their interests in any purchase and sale transaction.
