Affordable Rental Opportunities

BCHA manages rental properties throughout Blaine County but has a very limited supply.  When a unit does come available, those applicants already on our waiting list take priority for rental opportunity.  In order to have the best chance for an affordable rental, complete our application.

The Blaine County Housing Authority does not act as a real estate broker in the purchase and sale of Community Homes. The Housing Authority represents neither the Owner nor the Purchaser and acts solely in the interest of the Housing Authority in furtherance of the goals expressed in the Housing Guidelines and in accordance with the Deed Covenant in the Community Home. Buyers and Sellers are encouraged to seek the advice of competent professionals to represent their interests in any purchase and sale transaction.
