Affordable Rental Opportunities

BCHA manages rental properties throughout Blaine County but has a very limited supply.  When a unit does come available, those applicants already on our waiting list take priority for rental opportunity.  In order to have the best chance for an affordable rental, complete our application.  Some of the locations where BCHA manages rentals are listed below.
  • Cold Springs Crossing
  • Copper Ridge
  • Elkhorn Village
