2025 - 2026 bcha MaXIMUM housing costs FOR RENTALS
Housing Costs include Rent and all included essential utilities
(electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, Internet, and any HOA fees/dues).

2025 Utility Allowances
BCHA's maximum housing costs are rent plus all essential utilities. The utility allowance is deducted from the allowable rent amount if all utilities are not included in the rent. Property managers may choose between options a) or b) depending on what is included in the rent amount.
