2026 Meeting Schedules AND Notices

Meetings are currently being conducted at the City of Ketchum or in Hailey, in person and via Zoom.

Regular Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month at 10:30 A.M.. and are noticed a minimum of five days in advance.

Special Meetings may be held at the discretion of the board and are noticed a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the meeting.

Quorums of the Board are noticed a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the meeting of a quorum of the BCHA Board.

REGULAR MEETINGS 
 
Below are the scheduled meetings for the calendar year 2024. All meetings begin at 10:30 a.m., unless otherwise noted. All Scheduled Meetings (listed below) will be noticed a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the meeting date. All Special meetings will be noticed a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting date.  Submit your comments in writing to [email protected]  (up to 24 hours prior to the meeting). The meetings will be held in person in either Ketchum or Hailey and via Zoom.
