The Community Housing Policies assist community housing applicants, renters, landlords, owners, and the public understand the requirements and processes governing renting, purchasing and selling community homes within Blaine County Housing Authority's portfolio.
The Updated Community Housing Policies were formally adopted by the Blaine County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners at a Monthly Board Meeting held on Wednesday, July, 16, 2025. 

The Updated Policies are divided topically by section for ease of use by community homeowners, policy makers, and developers. You may download and review the sections using the links below.
